Out of Body Experience. What do you think?

What an amazing study in the journal Science. It all has to deal with the so-called out of body experience. Now, we see it sometimes in medical circles and authors have written about people feeling as if they have somehow left their body and looked at it from the outside. Now, researchers have been able to recreate the phenomenon artificially by using virtual-reality goggles, and they mix up the sensory signals reaching the brain. It’s an interesting phenomenon and concept. The scientists actually created an environment where the people experience the sight of their own body located somewhere else, plus the feel of their real body being touch simultaneously by the scientist. It actually made volunteers sense they had moved outside of their physical bodies. The next step is to study brain patterns through sophisticated MRI tools to see what pathways are affected.
